The login form can be set to appear on any page (e.g. see log in form on the left).
New users can request access to private areas of the site. The request is sent by email to appropriate staff for approval.
If an authorised user forgets their password, Notion can automatically send the password to their pre-registered email address. This saves significant time and money in administration.
